- Registered owner of a Balwin Properties apartment, who purchased directly from Balwin Properties;
- Existing Resident in a Balwin Properties Development;
- Any Balwin Staff member (excluding Property Executives and their Sales Assistants);
- Any existing Service Provider or Professional (excluding Estate Agencies and Estate Management Companies).
Referral Fee
R10,000 including VAT
The Referral Fee is a once off fee i.e. if the potential purchaser purchases more than one apartment via the referral, only one referral fee will be paid to the referrer
Terms and Conditions
- The Referrer
- must receive written permission from the potential purchaser to share their details with Balwin Properties (POPIA)
- must complete the QR code questionnaire prior to the potential purchaser completing the purchase
- must either be:
- Registered owner of a Balwin Properties apartment, who purchased directly from Balwin Properties;
- Existing Resident in a Balwin Properties Development;
- Any Balwin Staff member (excluding Property Executives and their Sales Assistants);
- Any existing Service Provider or Professional (excluding Estate Agencies and Estate Management Companies).
- The Potential Purchaser
- must not have purchased from Balwin Properties previously;
- may not terminate an existing contract entered into with Balwin Properties in order to enter into a new contract to allow for the referral to take place;
- must satisfy all conditions precedent as contained in the agreement of sale
The referral fee will only be paid to the referrer after successful registration of the apartment in the Deeds Office
